Frequently asked questions
Where do the prices come from?
The national price comes from the press, with its sources, at each revision. A station’s price comes only from drivers, or from the station itself. It becomes “verified” when two people give the same one within 5 centimes. A price from before the last change is marked as old. We never make up a price.
When do prices change?
On the 1st and 16th of each month, sometimes on another date. The press usually announces it the evening before, between 6:30 and 8 pm. The app then sends you an alert with the difference on your tank.
How do I report a price?
Tap “Report” in the middle of the bottom bar, pick the station, enter the diesel or petrol price, and send. No account needed.
How do I set my alerts?
Profile → Price alerts. You can also set a target price, in your city or anywhere: you hear about it when a driver reports it.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Only to show you the nearest stations, while the app is open. Your location stays on your phone: it is never sent with a report. You can say no and the app still works.
How do I change the language?
Profile → Language: French, Darija or English.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete my account, or from this page: Delete my account
